24-Aug-2023Regular buses every 20-30 minutes. Both times we used thebus we had space on the open top. The yellow route coveredall of the landmarks that my son wanted to see/visit. Greatprice in comparison to other providers.

Enjoyed the ride and the sites from top of the bus. Wouldlove to have stayed on one bus for a longer route and areturn to the original stop in which I boarded the bus.

Firstly I would like to thank the staff for sorting out thetrouble we had with the QR codes for what ever reasonwouldn't work.They have three routes around London which covered all themajor attractions. The only downside was the frequency ofthe buses you could wait up to twenty minutes to hop backon. Also the commentary could do with updating as it keptreferencing her majesty the queen.

Fantastic quality and, compared to the other bus tourcompanies, cheaper and excellent value. Friendly staff, goodquality vehicles and punctual service. The only issues wehad were finding the bus stops to pick up the buses and wecouldn't fit everything in one day... probably best to get atwo day pass so we're able to see and do everything nexttime. Otherwise, a fantastic, fun-filled day out. Highlyrecommended!

The Thames cruise. Bus service was difficult to navigate inlarge Saturday crowds -- stops were hard to find. Call froma Parliament Square Toot bus stop but it was not really anyhelp. Ended up walking back to hotel. Sorry, can'trecommend Toot bus. I will say that drivers were very nicethough.

Good route coverage connecting major attractions. Helpfulstaff on and off the bus. App allows to keep track of bustimings, stops etc.

Granted weather was windy , raining, and cold, but this hopon and off was a bust. Couldn’t understand anything the speaker was saying aboutthe sights. He seemed to be having fun with the small groupupstairs under cover but the rest of us downstairs clueless.

We were lucky! It was sunny and we get to do all threelines. BUT my daughter Charlie forgot her bag in one of thebuses. It did not contain anything precious for anyone else,but it was all her best things (postcard from a friend,favorite toy, her journal…). As one can imagine she was intears!Hopefully Shah came to our rescue, and sent messages to allbus driver while telling her he would find it…And HE DID!Few ours later, we got the bag and the smile came back in mydaughter face.Theses are the difference humain can make in our journey!Thank you Shah,Thanks to all buses drivers!

It’s a ride for pigeonsIt Sucks badIf anyone is interested in sightseeing stay clear from thisbus company TootbusSlower than molasses and every other company comes veryquickly and often they need to do betterWe had an excursion at 11:15am woke up and left our hotel at8:15am we took the blue line which was going smoothly butonce we transferred unto the next line that is where it wentdown hill…We had plenty time to get to our tour …busdriver got to a certain area and sat their for a good 20 or25 minutes making us late …..And missed our tour and norefund 🤬🤬😡😡😠It left us my group of 5 very disappointed……but you liveand learn and gain experienced not what to do travellingdon’t pick the first person that runs up to you jus cus unew to the city do research first and review the pamphlets u find in the lobby of hotels
